The staff was friendly and competent. I particularly enjoyed the nice breakfast hall atmosphere which breathed a long history. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was amazing. the location to the hiking trails within the National Park was perfect.

Free parking and GREAT breakfast. This hotel is a brilliant base for a city trip in Zernez. Room met my needs.

We enjoyed the unique and ornate woodwork in our spacious room. the staff was lovely and very helpful in recommending hiking trails. the restaurant had great vegetarian options and delicious Swiss cheeses at breakfast.
The hotel is located on a busy road, which made it noisy at times. the internet connection was atrocious and not reliable for work purposes.

Beautiful Swiss hotel in a quaint area with superb service making every guest feel welcome. Staff was welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. Delicious food in the hotel restaurant and plenty to choose from. The atmosphere was traditional and cozy, with a well-maintained sauna. The location of this hotel was in a prime location for hiking. The scenery and peaceful surroundings were breathtaking. Absolutely amazing!
The Wi-Fi signal was weak making it a challenge to work efficiently. The room temperature was a bit too warm at night, and there were not enough plugs to charge electronic devices.

Located in a tranquil Swiss village with stunning views of the surrounding mountains and proximity to hiking trails within the National Park, this hotel is in an ideal location. the breakfast buffet offers a variety of local foods. the clean and well-designed rooms create a charming atmosphere.
The internet connection left a lot to be desired.
